- Lead the development of enterprise workforce analytics products and dashboards to inform HR decisions
- Build and maintain HR operational and analytical reports using Oracle HCM and SQL
- Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements in collaboration with HR stakeholders
- Design user‑friendly BI solutions in tools like Micro Strategy or Power BI to provide accessible insights
- Must be eligible to access the Laboratory in compliance with U.S. regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Experience building HR reports in Oracle HCM or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and experience with data validation processes
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or HR-related field
- Experience in survey analytics and linking sentiment to workforce outcomes
- Practical experience with statistical methods using Python, R, or Alteryx
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM role‑based access controls and sensitive data handling
- Proven track record in producing predictive or advanced analytics
