What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the development of enterprise workforce analytics products and dashboards to inform HR decisions
  • Build and maintain HR operational and analytical reports using Oracle HCM and SQL
  • Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements in collaboration with HR stakeholders
  • Design user‑friendly BI solutions in tools like Micro Strategy or Power BI to provide accessible insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be eligible to access the Laboratory in compliance with U.S. regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation
  • Experience building HR reports in Oracle HCM or similar enterprise platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures and experience with data validation processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or HR-related field
  • Experience in survey analytics and linking sentiment to workforce outcomes
  • Practical experience with statistical methods using Python, R, or Alteryx
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM role‑based access controls and sensitive data handling
  • Proven track record in producing predictive or advanced analytics
