Hiring Salary Range: $115,000 – $145,000 annually

The Lead Software QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications—including web, mobile (iOS/Android), and backend systems—through comprehensive testing strategies. This role leads a team of QA engineers, driving test planning, execution, and automation in an Agile environment. The Lead QA Engineer collaborates closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

• Define and implement test strategies for C#, Python, iOS, and Android applications.
• Lead and mentor QA team members in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Create and validate comprehensive testing plans for manual and automated testing.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across platforms.
• Drive automation strategy and continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements during testing.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and mobile application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and API testing frameworks).
• Experience testing applications built with C#, Python, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and modern automated testing/deployment methodologies.
• Prior experience providing testing deliverables within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong business orientation with broad experience in technology and change initiatives.
