We’re growing fast and looking to add an All-Star Recruiter to the team. Someone who can attract top talent, build real relationships, and help us assemble a world-class team across plumbing, installation, sales, dispatch, warehouse, and leadership roles.

• Customized Pay Plan – $75,000 to $105,000+ per year (hourly + bonus)

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process (Source, screen, present, and guide candidates)
• Build genuine relationships with candidates
• Develop and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline
• Represent Barnett's values, culture, and standards in every interaction
• Help improve hiring, onboarding, and candidate experience

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or people-focused hiring experience
• 2+ years experience in recruiting for home services
• Strong judgment and intuition for culture fit and long-term potential
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple roles at once
• A core belief that our team is our greatest competitive advantage

• Ability to pass background & drug screening
