Our client in Livermore is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team on a temp‑to‑hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the payroll process, values accuracy, and thrives in a hands‑on, on‑site environment.

• Processing weekly/bi‑weekly payroll for employees
• Verifying timecards and resolving discrepancies
• Managing payroll adjustments, garnishments, and deductions
• Maintaining payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assisting employees with payroll-related questions
• Supporting HR or accounting with reporting as needed

• Prior payroll experience (any industry)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Comfortable working fully on‑site
• Strong communication and organizational skills
