• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest who walks through our doors.
• Manage seating efficiently to ensure smooth flow and minimal wait times.
• Maintain an organized host stand and accurate waitlist using reservation tools.
• Serve as the information center for the restaurant—answering questions and assisting guests with a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Deliver a lasting positive impression by thanking guests and inviting them back.

• Friendly, outgoing personality and genuine love for hospitality.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stay composed and courteous in a busy environment.
