We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at One Health Home Health in San Ramon, CA. This is a full-time or part-time position in Alameda/Contra Costa, and we are looking for someone dedicated to providing top-notch care to our patients.

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
