Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Product Management Junior Lead!
Your PurposeYou are responsible for contributing to product strategies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, conducting market research, coordinating product development, and ensuring that our product and service solutions remain competitive and adequately managed throughout their life cycles.
What You’ll DoTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily under indirect supervision.
- Partner with key product stakeholders to establish viable product key performance indicators and target growth goals for assigned products. This includes partnering with database administration to create, modify, and cancel reports and track product data.
- Conduct regular product meetings with key stakeholders to review and discuss the progress of key performance indicators and growth goals. These meetings are also an opportunity to identify areas for improvement and address any critical concerns.
- Build and maintain an in‑depth knowledge of current and emerging solutions in the financial services industry, particularly in financial technology; identify strategic opportunities to introduce new or refined solutions to improve the member experience and provide greater work process efficiencies.
- Partner with key product stakeholders and marketing teams to discuss product messaging, target audience, and campaign results. Make recommendations on improving product performance and growth and assist with developing an action plan for the team to follow.
- Partner with key product stakeholders and Learning & Development teams to mitigate product knowledge gaps and develop an action plan to address as needed.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, credit‑union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in an applicable field and a minimum 1 year of work experience in a Lead‑level role, or a High School Diploma/GED and minimum 3 years of work experience in a Lead‑level role required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with product management software and virtual meeting software preferred.
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant’s work location. In addition to competitive salaries, the benefits package supports employees and their families.
