Overview
PLM Program Manager – Enovia Systems & Engineering Change Management
Location:
Livermore, CA
Duration: 12+ months contract
Pay rate: $95 to $105/hr on W2
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage a team of PLM program managers responsible for the company’s Enovia PLM system.
- Oversee system administration, support, and continuous improvements, including:
- Data migration and mapping
- Bug resolution and system enhancements
- Major upgrades and performance monitoring
- Define priorities for PLM development by aligning with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Provide program management and business system analysis support for company-wide projects impacting PLM.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to maintain system uptime and performance.
- Lead assigned PLM-related projects, covering requirements definition, process alignment, development, testing, and deployment.
- Proven hands-on project management experience with strong technical expertise in PLM systems.
- Functional knowledge of Engineering Change Management, Issue Reporting, and Engineering processes.
- Experience with Dassault Enovia PLM, Technia TVC overlay, and JIRA for software development management.
- Proficiency in analytics, queries, and reporting, with exposure to SAP and PLM-related integrations.
- Familiarity with Qlik, Kinaxis, or other operational systems (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams (8–10+ members).
- Knowledge of product/BOM structures, configuration management, change control, and engineering/manufacturing business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to present effectively at peer and executive levels.
- Collaborative, results-oriented leadership style with strong problem-solving abilities.
