About the Role:

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about pediatric dentistry and enjoys working closely with children and families. If you thrive in a collaborative, upbeat team atmosphere and are committed to providing outstanding patient care, we want to meet you!

• Welcome and escort young patients and their parents with warmth and professionalism.
• Update and maintain accurate patient histories and records.
• Perform prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and digital X-rays.
• Assist with restorative and general anesthesia procedures.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with dentists and team members during appointments.
• Educate patients and families on dental care best practices.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Help manage inventory and office supplies.
• Support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Licensed California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with coronal polishing certification.
• Ideally, 2+ years of experience in pediatric dentistry.
• Skilled in using Eaglesoft and comfortable with digital technology.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
• Excellent communicator with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Passionate about making dental visits a positive experience for kids and families.
