Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Enrollment Services department supporting customer onboarding and account management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service I
Location: Livermore, CA (100% On-Site)
Pay Range: $20 -$23
Duration:6+ Months Contract
Shift: Flexibility to work shifts between 5am - 5pm PST
What's the Job?- Assist customers through the enrollment process, providing guidance and support
- Serve as the primary point of contact from account setup to activation
- Review costs and service details with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction
- Participate in training on specific enrollment procedures to enhance service delivery
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure excellent attendance to support team success
- Previous customer service experience, especially over the phone
- Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed information
- Strong phone etiquette and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work shifts between 5am-5pm PST
- High attention to detail and reliable attendance
