(Job Responsibilities):

• Lead and manage HR projects of varying sizes, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Identify budget and workforce needs, preparing funding requests as necessary
• Analyze administrative operations and develop recommendations for new systems/procedures
• Utilize project management practices to manage project risks and deliverables

• Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE L-level security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices, and systems
• Experience leading small to large-scale projects with a focus on process improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective interpersonal abilities

• Professional project management (PMP) certification
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of HRMS applications and related technical expertise
• Trained in process improvement methodologies
• Experience building effective multi-disciplinary teams
