Automotive Maintenance Technician – Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC (Entry‑Level, Full‑time)

As an entry‑level Maintenance Technician you will join a fantastic team servicing vehicles, contributing to our mission of “Serve Society with Superior Quality.” You will receive comprehensive training, a competitive hourly wage ($15.84–$23.76), and benefits from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and scheduled services.
- Install and maintain tires, batteries, and shock absorbers.
- Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
- Ability to learn foundational mechanical tasks.
- Valid automobile driver’s license and able to drive company vehicles.
- Preferred experience in the automotive service industry.
- Reading, writing, and basic math skills.
