Location: Livermore, CA
Hiring Salary Range: $40.50 – $55.25 per hour

The Executive Assistant, Community Banking Group will provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President and two senior leaders within the Community Banking Group. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include calendar management, reviewing emails, scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, event planning support, preparing annual budget and weekly
Community Bank Group PowerPoint Presentations. They will prepare monthly board reports and quarterly Town Hall meetings representing the Community Banking Group, internal and external constituents, and assure the highest and best useof time and schedule for the Group Executive.
- Coordinate schedule and communication across Community Banking Group leadership team.
- Work effectively with Special Events in the planning and execution of client facing and leadership planning events.
- Create Power Point presentations for the Board, Committee and Town Hall Meetings.
- Work closely with Marketing Data Team on projects, performance report distribution and information formats.
- Coordinate schedule and information for business reviews, financial reviews and performance review process.
- Work closely with Human Resources regarding HR related actions and communications.
- Work closely with Community Banking Group Leadership Team on preparation of Board Presentations.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and prioritizing meetings and deadlines with various constituents.
- Coordinate communication and correspondence regarding client concerns, complaints and compliments on behalf of Community Bank to ensure both timely and professional response.
- Occasional travel between Fremont and Livermore Operation Centers to support our Executives.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Experience working with Executives, in addition to internal and external customers.
- Abilityto create Executive-level presentation materials with graphs/illustrations and proofread content for accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Organize tasks and projects to meet timeline requirements.

- Willingness to help and contribute to complete mission critical initiatives.

- Associate degree in business related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum5 years of administrative experience supporting at the senior Executive level.
- Administrative Certifications preferred.
