Summary of Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Field Administrators and Office Administrators
- Oversee daily administrative operations for construction projects
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance processes
- Improve workflows between field operations and office support teams
- Assist with scheduling, resource coordination, and internal communications
- Provide leadership, training, and performance oversight to administrative staff
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in construction operations or project administration
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
The compensation for this position pay between $70,000 and $90,000 annually in addition to an annual bonus.
