It is exciting times within our company as we are currently experiencing a period of rapid growth and expansion.
We are looking for an experienced data entry clerk with a focus on on‑time delivery, heavy phones, and work order input. This position has room for growth within the company.
Responsibilities- Focus on on‑time delivery, managing heavy phone traffic, and entering work orders.
- Be comfortable with electric instrumentation and calibration.
- Partner directly with company principles and work closely with various team members throughout the organization on a daily basis.
- Must be vaccinated.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, able to work independently, possess strong computer skills, be flexible and reliable.
- Must have experience working in a small office environment.
- Must pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to read purchase orders, invoices and sales orders.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Documentation of eligibility to work legally in the US required.
