Administrative Assistant

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assisting in the coordination and organization of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Collaborating with team members to facilitate various projects and initiatives.
  • Managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
