- Assisting in the coordination and organization of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Collaborating with team members to facilitate various projects and initiatives.
- Managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
