Hourly Rate

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Meat/Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards, ensuring Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
