• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 90 days of residence
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
• Valid TB skin test within last 12 months
• Preferred: six months of hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
• Reliable transportation
