Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Live Oak, FL

Pay Rate:
Up to $33 per hour

Shifts:

7 AM–7 PM; 7 PM–7 AM with additional shift differentials.

Schedule:

alternating weekends and holidays

• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and adherence to medical standards.
• Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Perform medical procedures, including wound care, with skill and empathy.
• Document resident care thoroughly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Protect confidentiality and uphold resident rights under HIPAA guidelines.

• Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing.
