Occupational Therapist (OTR) SCAL – Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTRs) to join our team. Whether you're looking for flexible per-diem shifts or a full-time schedule, we offer a variety of opportunities tailored to your availability.
What You'll Do- Provide exceptional Occupational therapy care to patients across various settings
- Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
- Active or obtainable Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
- We offer a competitive hourly rate ($50.00 to $58.00) and a strong benefits package for full-time employees, including:
- PTO – 15 days to start, accrues up to 30 days per year with a maximum of 30 days
- 6 paid holidays and up to 3 days of bereavement pay each year
- 401(k) retirement with company match of 25% up to the first 4% deferral
- Medical, dental, vision, company-paid basic life insurance ($25,000) and optional life insurance, and pet insurance
