Job Overview:
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and they maintain a clean and safe environment.
The hourly wage will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour.
Additional Compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
