Rolespecifics and benefits
As an ICU RN on this assignment, you’ll be responsible for comprehensive critical care management, including continuous hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, arterial lines and vasoactive infusions, bedside ultrasound, and rapid-response interventions. You’ll participate in daily rounds with the multidisciplinary team, interpret complex telemetry, titrate medications safely, manage sedation and analgesia, and advocate for patient and family education throughout the ICU stay.
