Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with recent home health experience and OASIS proficiency for a day-shift assignment in northern New Hampshire.
Responsibilities- Home health and hospice position serving the Lancaster to Pittsburg territory
- Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Requires frequent driving between patient locations, including winter conditions
- No local candidates accepted; permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
- Must provide a recent skills checklist and a supervisory reference from the past year
- No more than five days of requested time off will be considered
- All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of consideration
- First-time travelers may be considered, but previous travel highly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience in home health settings required
- Home health and/or hospice experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- New Hampshire PT license required if applicable
- Must be willing and able to drive in winter weather and have own vehicle
- Experience with patients across pediatric through geriatric age groups
- Previous travel assignment experience highly preferred
