- Ensuring immaculate sterile technique, coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating staff, and guiding the patient through the surgical journey with clear, compassionate communication.
- Conducting precise equipment checks, administering and monitoring anesthesia, managing incisions and wound care in collaboration with the sterile field, and vigilantly monitoring hemodynamics and patient status during critical moments.
- Performing preoperative assessment, patient positioning, instrument and device count, documentation, and post‑anesthesia handoff to the recovery team.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, supporting quality initiatives, and participating in orientation and mentorship for new staff.
