The Engineering Administrator works within the Engineering department to enter data into SAP. This position will support the Littleton and Lincoln NH Burndy facilities and will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager of the Littleton facility.
- Overseeing raw material inventory
- Reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Communicating with vendors and creating invoices
- Setting up or reactivating vendors in SAP
- Working with the Engineering Manager and Engineers for BOM orders
- Assist with tracking purchases and creation of purchase order requisitions
- 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- General understanding of Microsoft Applications.
- Prior experience with data entry, database management, reporting, and compliance required.
- Strong SAP knowledge and experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build relationships with vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.
