Position: Cultivator And Flower Room Technicians (Cannabis Growers Needed) at Sanctuary Littleton

Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for Cultivator and Flower Room Technicians (cannabis growers needed) to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Flower room assistant works along side flower leads to help in completing daily plant work tasks, observational reporting, watering plants appropriately, and helping maintain a clean and healthy environment. Attention to detail, double checking work, efficient work ethic, good communication, and consistency in following procedures are key areas an assistant must focus on in order to succeed in this role. This role will often have to work on lifts at elevated heights to complete plant work tasks as Sanctuary is a multi-tiered grow facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily observational reporting on health and status of plants. (Saturation checks, ph/ec reports, scouting etc.)

Plant pruning of plants through veg/flower cycle that is consistent with Sanctuary procedures and methods (transplant, top, foliar feed, pruning, de-fanning, trellising, spacing, cloning etc.)

Maintain a clean environment constantly, assisting in daily/weekly cleaning sessions of plant rooms and irrigation

Use equipment responsibly and repair/upgrade equipment as necessary

REQUIRED

Attention to detail, can follow directions well, problem solving, strong work ethic, punctual and a team player!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to perform physical labor and lift 50 pounds, comfortable working with heights of up to 20+ feet, work in warm/humid environments, work under bright lights and work in dark areas with green supplemental lights, be over the age of 21. Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air. Able to utilize a lift with training, climb ladders, bend and twist.
