Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks throughout the Riverwalk Innovation District. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to completing all tasks and assignments are essential.

• Perform general maintenance duties, including painting, minor repairs, cleaning (inside and outside of properties), flooring, and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to and complete work orders, tenant requests, and other operational tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with established guidelines, programs, and procedures; provide recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Conduct inspections, maintain site safety, and participate in rotating emergency service call coverage.
• Communicate professionally with building tenants, management, and vendors.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand current skill sets.
• Move furniture and equipment as required.

• Willingness to travel to additional Lupoli Companies properties.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial building maintenance.
• Technical, vocational, or hands-on experience in minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and routine preventative maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in English.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and electronic work order/preventative maintenance systems.
• Valid and reliable driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
