Job Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 DOE

Join a growing technology manufacturing company in Littleton, MA, as a Bookkeeper. You will manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, and financial reporting, while supporting smooth administrative operations. This is a hands‑on role ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with SAP experience and a strong accounting background.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, reports, and analyses
• Process journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations
• Maintain accurate financial records and support the month‑end close
• Oversee payroll administration and liaise with external payroll providers
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls; assist with audits
• Generate management reports and dashboards using SAP B1
• Support general administrative tasks as needed

• Proficient in SAP (any module)
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
