Sales Support Representative; Fort Collins​/Greeley

RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic Sales Support Representative to join our growing Sales team. The Sales Support Representative collaborates with the Sales Lead/Inside Sales Representative to ensure orders are properly delivered, merchandised, and priced. The role assists with customer needs, submits replenishment orders, and builds strong working relationships with account personnel.

• Assist customers with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating displays for purchased products
• Solidify strong customer relationships
• Work with customers to understand areas where support is needed and then provide this help (e.g., will calls, POS delivery, etc.)
• Place prices and descriptive signs on product
• Check account on‑hand inventory and submit replenishment orders to fill gaps
• Prepare and maintain displays
• Accurately sort, label, and store goods
• Maintain merchandising reports
• Survey the account for merchandising opportunities and present promotional activities/material that will improve their representation in the store
• Report competitive activity and pricing as it occurs to immediate supervisor
• Cover open sales territory as needed (absence or vacation)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1‑3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements
• Product knowledge applicable to the wine and spirits industry
• Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays

• Previous experience in the wine and spirits industry
• Industry certifications (CSW, CSS, WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, Sake Specialist)

The hourly rate range for this position is $21.00 per hour ($43,680.00 per year) to $23.00 per hour ($47,840.00 per year). Company vehicle and fuel card provided for job duties. Applications accepted through Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
