Responsibilities include:
- Answer phone and assist carryout customers in a polite, courteous manner and be knowledgeable of menu.
- Maintain a perfect image according to standard.
- Demonstrate customer WOW steps:
Apologize, give what they want, give something extra. - Pizza makers count pepperoni and ham on every order, regardless of topping amount.
- No clearing pizzas before ready for oven.
- Drivers must carry $1 in coin change per delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order.
- Drivers may not carry more than $20 while on clock including personal money.
- Drivers cannot have a pocket knife or weapon; vehicles must be neat, clean, positive image.
- Drivers not routed early or checked in early.
- Pizza makers wash hands before product making.
- Only proper procedure allowed for products.
- Every driver must complete Safe Delivery CBT.
- Every order repeated for accuracy; name and address confirmed.
- Responsible for all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are within goal.
- Attend P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
- Minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
- Ensure all stores meet/exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
- Ensure all stores staffed and team members trained.
- Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores.
- Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
- Ensure stores run at minimum 4-star level.
- Perform Self OERs first week of each period and make appropriate corrections.
- Complete evaluations and raises as needed; submit paperwork.
- Follow through assignments and ensure all reports and paperwork turned in timely.
- Ensure all store-level reports and paperwork complete and accurate.
- Know product and operational standards.
- Follow all safety and security procedures; equipment in working order.
- Maintain store budgets.
- Prepare and deliver all school lunches within required standards.
- Provide accurate accountability; maintain paper trail.
- Ensure equipment available and utilized correctly.
- Perform monthly inventory checks on each store.
- Use systems checklist and visit books; keep in place and used.
