Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Associate responsible for receiving, staging, and merchandising merchandise while maintaining safe operations and customer service quality.

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to pick, move, and place merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain accurate inventory flow, focusing on shrink control and inventory exceptions.
• Execute daily merchandising presentations, ensuring proper zoning, product rotation, and display quality.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, advising on product selections, and resolving concerns.
• Follow safety protocols, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders and staging, ensuring products are selected and staged within acceptable timeframe.

• Minimum 90 days forklift certification and ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer Service experience
• Retail experience
• Supervising a team
