• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set, signage, price and inventory guidelines.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty, private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and operational procedures, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where all customers and teammates feel welcome, safe and respected.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Preferred prior retail sales, cashier or customer‑focused experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs. repetitively up to 25 times per hour.
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking, and at heights >4 ft with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).

$14.50 – $21.50 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience and position offered. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage.
