The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining knowledge, experience, personality, and the guests’ needs with our high‑quality fashion brands.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an optician as needed.
• Actively participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Take pride in the appearance of the store, showing initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Self‑motivated with a demonstrated ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
