Cosmoprof Sales Associate:Job Description:

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We seek passionate beauty lovers eager to assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. We will provide the necessary knowledge and training. You bring your passion and personality, and we will do the rest!
Your Role at Cosmoprof:- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Legal requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may also include exposure to irritant chemicals and working around moving parts or machines.
