Department: Kitchen

Position: PM Assistant

Wage: $17.50/hour

Schedule
:
Monday - Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am

Responsibilities
  • Post-Cooking Prep, Counting, and Packaging of Infused Cannabis Products (Including but not limited to Fruit Che, and/or Baked Goods)
  • Ensure final product meets department and company standards via Quality Control measures
  • Operate machines and equipment including but not limited to mixers, ovens, and packaging machines according to SOPs
  • Work as part of a team to meet Production targets and deadlines
  • Maintain organized work area and ensure cleanliness of workstations and equipment per company and regulatory standards
  • Complete and maintain corresponding cleaning logs
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) food product rotation guidelines
  • Adhere to all city and state food handling and cannabis regulations
  • Ensure all Infused product in all areas within the department are appropriately labeled at all times

  • Receive and utilize constructive feedback
Physical

Ability to:

  • Engage in repetitive movement including but not limited to hand motions
  • Utilize hand tools
  • Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
  • Read fine print including but not limited to SOPs/Manuals
  • Use stairs/ladders/lifts comfortably at heights up to 20ft
  • Sustain extended periods of standing or sitting
  • Work indoors under fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold)
  • Operate in areas with continual noise and moving equipment including but not limited to machines, lifts, racks
  • Work in close proximity to others
  • Utilize PPE (personal protective equipment) when required
  • Work without auditory obstructions including but not limited to headphones
Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • Food service/preparation
  • Kitchen and/or manufacturing equipment

Skills/Certifications

  • Computer Basics
  • Serv Safe Certification
