You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in shaping our production success.

• Champion efficient, cost‑effective production practices that keep us hitting ambitious goals.
• Direct and prioritize workflow across assembly, stepping in quickly to resolve issues and keep operations moving.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate production employees, ensuring they have the tools and support to excel.
• Build strong teams through effective onboarding, training, and clear communication of expectations.
• Coordinate daily production activities to maintain schedules and meet customer demands.
• Ensure all production staff are fully trained and confident in their responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
• Communicate production updates and concerns to department managers.
• Review, evaluate, and process production jobs — including supporting expedited requests.
• Conduct regular employee evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 7–10 years of experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing is ideal.
• 3–5 years managing teams of 5+ employees.
• IPC‑610/620 certification is a bonus.
• Strong computer skills, including office software, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and meet KPIs.
• Confident public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr.

Will get upon request. Will receive PTO and bonus based on company performance.

This is a fully onsite position in Centennial, CO.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 4, 2026.
