You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in shaping our production success.
- Champion efficient, cost‑effective production practices that keep us hitting ambitious goals.
- Direct and prioritize workflow across assembly, stepping in quickly to resolve issues and keep operations moving.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate production employees, ensuring they have the tools and support to excel.
- Build strong teams through effective onboarding, training, and clear communication of expectations.
- Coordinate daily production activities to maintain schedules and meet customer demands.
- Ensure all production staff are fully trained and confident in their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
- Communicate production updates and concerns to department managers.
- Review, evaluate, and process production jobs — including supporting expedited requests.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- 7–10 years of experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing is ideal.
- 3–5 years managing teams of 5+ employees.
- IPC‑610/620 certification is a bonus.
- Strong computer skills, including office software, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and meet KPIs.
- Confident public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Centennial, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr.
Will get upon request. Will receive PTO and bonus based on company performance.
