Our client, a growing electrical construction contractor
, is seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a hands‑on, operational role
. This position oversees all aspects of project execution for commercial and industrial electrical projects while collaborating with field staff, estimators, and leadership.

• Direct involvement in day-to-day project operations
• Lead projects from start to finish with autonomy and leadership support
• Work on diverse commercial and industrial projects

• Oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and vendor relationships
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate with clients and leadership
• Monitor job costs, change orders, and project documentation
• Enforce safety and quality standards on‑site

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
• Experience with project management industry‑specific software
• Journeyman or field experience is a plus, not required
