As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services at Walmart, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations by operating pressure washing equipment on a variety of surfaces.

$21.00/hr – $39.00/hr (subject to local wage law). Additional premiums may apply.

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and equipment.
• Assess areas to be cleaned and set suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and contaminants following safety procedures.
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility‑related maintenance duties as assigned.

• 1–3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid, state‑issued driver’s license held for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Relevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not required.
