This is a part-time position, working 20 hours a week, M-F 9AM - 1PM. This position does not offer benefits.
Job PurposeResponsible for reliable and timely transportation/delivery of medications and supplies between multiple All Health Network facilities, assisted living residences, long-term care facilities, physician offices, and patient residences as appropriate.
Goals and Objectives- Provide 2 or more presentations to different locations (Parker, Castle Rock, Southwood)
- Train staff on delivery options and requirements
- Safely operate and do not abuse vehicles through poor driving habits (no preventable accidents)
- Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness & service requirements including fuel
- Work with pharmacy staff to ensure that deliveries leave the pharmacy at the appropriate time and are delivered to the designated location requested
- Transport and deliver medication and front store items to patients in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage, spoilage or loss
- Maintain delivery log of activities per policy and procedure, which may include checking and/or logging recipient identification
- Ensure patient confidentiality by following all HIPAA regulations and other laws, rules, policies and procedures related to the protection of confidential patient information
- Demonstrate ability to multitask and work under limited supervision
- Use a handheld tablet to: scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information, navigation, and obtain required signatures and payments
- Safely drive a company vehicle to transport medications and supplies to the client or facility
- Follow all Colorado motor vehicle laws and standard and accepted principles of safe driving
- Perform preventative maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, including: checking oil levels, keeping fuel tank at an operable level, cleaning/washing the interior and exterior of the vehicle
- Notify supervisor and facility manager of any concerns or maintenance needs for the vehicle driven
- Demonstrate customer service focus, good communication and professionalism with clients, co-workers and outside agency personnel in order to provide high quality services and to enhance community relationships
- Ability to work variable schedule and hours based on delivery needs
- Demonstrate reliability and dependability through consistent and on-time attendance at work
- Participate in All Health Network meetings and individual supervision as directed
- Follow all All Health Network policies and procedures
- Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines

Education:
High school diploma or GED - B.
Experience:
Some previous driving experience preferred. Some knowledge and understanding of mental illness - C.
Skills:
Ability to establish trust and a rapport with clients that are chronically mentally ill. Some experience with conflict resolution - D. Other: Ability to negotiate stairs, climb a step ladder, and lift equipment and supplies up to 25 lbs. Must possess own transportation, a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record (must not have had one or more Type A violations or three or more Type B violations within the past 3 years), and proof of vehicle insurance. Ability to sit in a car for prolonged periods of time.
Must be dependable, reliable and able to read maps and maintain schedule time/route
Hourly Rate: $19 - $20 an hour
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the All Health Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the All Health Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of All Health Networks' total compensation package for employees.
