Robert Half has partnered with a respected law firm in the Denver West area. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Attorney with over 10 years of civil litigation experience to join our client's legal team. This role requires superior knowledge of litigation processes, proven ability to manage complex cases, and strong client relationship skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates in-depth expertise in civil trial practice, outstanding written and oral advocacy, and experience supervising junior attorneys or legal support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all phases of civil litigation from case inception through trial and appeal, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

- Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and other forums.

- Draft and review briefs, memoranda, and a wide range of legal documents.

- Provide legal counsel and support to clients on complex civil matters.

- Supervise and mentor junior associates, paralegals, and legal assistants.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil procedure, relevant statutes, and evolving industry trends.

- Proactively communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

- Assist in business development and client relationship management as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active bar membership in good standing in Colorado.

- Minimum 10 years' experience litigating civil cases in state and/or federal courts.

- Demonstrated expertise in trial advocacy and complex legal analysis.

- Strong written/oral communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively.
