Job Title: Test Engineer
Job Location: Littleton, CO (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full Time
Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
Clearance: Active Secret clearance required (Interim ok)
Citizenship: US Citizenship required

• Work closely with other engineers to implement, improve, and maintain existing test automation software
• Build and maintain existing Dev Ops solutions for automated testing
• Perform load and performance testing to ensure scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Participate in product feature discussions and proactively identify areas for testing, and write test cases for those areas
• Evaluate results from automated test runs, and report bugs based on those results
• Communicate clearly with other software development teams and project managers
• Respond to priority shifts efficiently

• Minimum 2 years of test automation experience
• Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Information Technology related fields or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in one or more programming languages (Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Git Hub, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Experience with mobile device testing (Android, iOS)
• Extensive experience with Selenium or Selenium-based tools
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Rally, etc.)
• Familiar with continuous integration tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, etc.
• Comfortable working on Mac and Linux environments; navigating file systems, stopping and starting processes, reading log files, troubleshooting basic system issues
• Strong QA skills; testing practices, problem solving
• Experience leading test activities in scrum or agile methodologies
• Strives to become a subject matter expert on the system under test
• Communicates and coordinates with developers to resolve software defects
• Strong team player who thrives in a highly collaborative and cross-function environment with a growth mindset
• Must be a US citizen
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

The proposed salary range is reflective across all Sherpa 6 locations, years of experience, and skill levels. Salary negotiations will be based on a host of factors including but not limited to your geographic location, prior experience, relevant skills, education, and certifications. Salary
