Role Overview- Location:
Remote. Preference for Colorado or Minneapolis based Candidates. - Package: $75-$95 per hour (C2C)
- Contract Length: 6 Months initially, with scope for extension or to go permanent
- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across a heterogeneous environment.
- Manage endpoint infrastructure, including patching, imaging, and software deployment.
- Support Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, ensuring consistent enterprise standards.
- Administer MDM solutions, including Intune and Defender for Endpoint, to secure mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile device issues, providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate endpoints with network infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, policies, and troubleshooting workflows.
- Assist in planning and executing hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and other IT projects.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and endpoint management trends.
- Provide after-hours support when necessary and occasional travel to other sites.
- Candidates must be based in the US, preferably in Colorado or Minneapolis.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in enterprise endpoint and desktop administration across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Expertise in endpoint imaging, deployment, patch management, and performance optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and endpoint security best practices.
- Familiarity with VDI technologies (VMware Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Scripting experience (e.g., Power Shell) for automation.
- ITSM and ITIL knowledge; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate, document processes, and provide exceptional end-user support.
