This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located in Denver, CO. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to the critical Programs that the Special Programs Line of Business are responsible for. This IT professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with the Corporate Information Protection Manuals (CIPM) and all customer RMF requirements.
This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, and service requests.
The Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst conducts location moves, hardware deployments, assists users with connectivity and other IT related issues. The selected candidate will ensure that all Lockheed Martin hardware and software are properly accounted for, managed, and controlled. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly to start. U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility.
This job will require experience in managing day to day activities in a primarily Windows environment including:
- Hardware movement, installation, and accountability
- Installation and configuration of desktop operating systems
- Setup and periodic audits of hardware inventory
- Coordinate hardware repair activities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems/issues
- Building from image server and maintaining desktop operating system
- Installation of application software on desktop systems
- Provide Status Reports and effectively communicating to IT and site management on all outstanding matters/issues
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
- Must possess CompTIA Security+ Certification
- U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility
- Experience with hardware movement, installation, and accountability
- Experience with Desktop Operating Systems
- Experience performing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software installations and support
- Experience working in a teaming/collaborative environment
- Experience maintaining asset records for desktop hardware
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Two or more years of related experience
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) or Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Requirements
- Knowledge/understanding of Domain Name Services (DNS)
- Knowledge of network support in a classified environment (encryption, etc.)
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (i.e., system hardening, log management, configuration management (i.e., Nessus, McAfee, WSUS, SCCM, Ivanti, Shavlik, Blade Logic, Splunk, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS, etc.))
- IT Related Certifications (i.e. Security +, MCSE, VMWare, Network+, etc.)
- Experience with desktop operating system updates and patching troubleshooting
- Outstanding work ethic
- Self-motivated, customer focused, and proactive
- Able to professionally deal with quick and drastic changes
- Capable of supporting multiple tasks and customers with competing deadlines concurrently
- Ability to create documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure risk reduction

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625.
