• Serve food and beverages efficiently during events, maintaining a friendly demeanor and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with managers and kitchen staff to manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Support the planning process by liaising with clients and catering customers to understand their needs, preferences, and special requests for upcoming events.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas before, during, and after events to uphold hygiene standards in line with food industry regulations.

• Previous experience in catering is highly desirable.
• Strong background in customer service within hospitality or food service environments.
