The Guest Services Attendant plays a key role in delivering an outstanding golf experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and provide excellent customer service while supporting daily golf operations.##
** Key Responsibilities
*** Greet and assist golfers promptly during busy peak times
* Manage bag drop, bag storage, and quick turnaround of golf bags
* Clean, stage, and rotate golf carts efficiently to meet continuous demand
* Support starters and marshals to keep play moving smoothly
* Maintain practice facilities while managing multiple tasks at once
* Respond quickly to guest needs, questions, and requests
* Assist with tournaments and high-volume events
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas at all times##
** Fast-Paced Work Environment Expectations
*** Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly during high traffic periods
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
* Thrive in an outdoor environment with constant guest interaction
* Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working under time pressure##
** Qualifications & Skills
*** Strong multitasking and time-management skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy operations
* Physically capable of lifting golf bags (40–50 lbs)
* Golf knowledge preferred but not required
* Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday
** Compensation**$/hr### Pay Range: $12.14 - $26.00
