Job Description

At Soar Autism Center, we dedicate ourselves to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum, through a play‑based ABA model known as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy, enforce our BCBAs‑crafted plans, keep families updated, and grow your ABA expertise.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children 2‑6 in the clinic.
• Implement intervention plans defined by BCBAs.
• Build & maintain family relationships
  , updating them on progress.
• Engage in training & continuous development

• Academic preference – enrollment or completion of a degree, especially in Child Development, Psychology, or related.
• RBT certification within six weeks of hire (paid training provided).
  CO Springs location requires RBT.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Transportation – reliable to training location and center, punctual.
• Physical readiness – sit, stand, shift, lift up to 50lbs, sit/kneel on floor for extended periods.
• Additional Skills – computer/tablet literacy, teamwork ability.

• $21–$28 per hour with bonus & promotion.
• Student‑loan repayment/tuition reimbursement.
• In‑network mental‑health access via Sol Mental Health partnership.
• Career exploration in behavior analysis, speech, OT, psychology, etc.
• Guaranteed 30 hrs per week (full‑time).
