This position requires a highly organized and compassionate registered nurse to assist in surgical procedures, providing direct support to surgeons and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. As an RN First Assistant at UCHealth, you will be expected to exercise critical judgment and provide essential assistance in surgical procedures such as handling tissue, providing exposure at the operative field, suturing, and maintaining hemostasis.
