At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage - either way, your hustle pays off. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $33.50 – $66/hour.
