Job Description What You’ll Do
- Conduct client tax interviews (in-person & virtual)
- Prepare accurate and complete tax returns
- Provide IRS support and audit representation (where eligible)
- Generate business growth and client retention
- Mentor and support teammates
- Use virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email)
- 3+ years in tax prep, accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
- High school diploma/equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- CPA or EA certification preferred
- Experience with complex returns a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Must meet IRS and state requirements
