Job DescriptionRedland’s Land Development Internship Program is an immersive introduction to Land Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Construction Management. Through hands‑on experience and mentorship, interns will develop a well‑rounded understanding of the built environment while rotating through each of Redland’s four practice areas. Working within a collaborative team, interns will gain professional insights, receive mentor guidance, and have opportunities to engage with seasoned professionals.
Additionally, interns may participate in site visits, meetings, and company events, further enriching their experiences through the program.

- Exhibiting an interest in learning design principles, management practices, computer aided design, and project lifecycle
- Exhibiting an ability to complete tasks on your own as well as within a group environment
- Learning and utilizing
AutoCAD (CIVIL3D) for use in completing project related tasks - Completing a capstone presentation or final project
- Performing other duties as required
Hourly paid position at $23.00/hour
Job Requirements- Students currently enrolled and entering junior year or higher of undergraduate degree (or currently enrolled in Master’s Program) in civil engineering, construction management, landscape architecture or urban planning
- Availability for an 8‑to‑10‑week time‑frame commitment
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- This position is working in‑person at our office in Littleton, Colorado
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer workstation
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
